For some specific pathology tests (such as full blood counts, electrolytes, liver function tests and other serology and immunology pathology tests), it is accepted clinical practice that Trulabs must give your doctor not only the results of the test your doctor has requested, but also past results of previously performed tests to allow your doctor to compare the results. Past results assist your doctor in determining whether your current test result is abnormal.
There may be times where we will need to disclose your personal information to third party laboratories when we have to obtain confirmatory testing or, for highly specialised pathology services.
